 TERMS and CONDITIONS
 1. A non-refundable reservation deposit of 33% of total amount is payable at time of reservation.
 2. The balance of the rental + €100.00, refundable deposit (where credit card is not available) to cover loss/damage / breakages and excess cleaning, etc. will be due and payable six weeks before date of commencement of holiday, where time permits.
Full Payment is required at time of reservation, when such is within six weeks of commencement of holiday. A credit card can be used as security against loss/damage/
and excess cleaning. 
. 3. Refundable deposit will be mailed within seven days of departure provided the terms and conditions of rental have been complied with where credit card was not available as security.
 4. Reservations will be confirmed by post, where time permits.
 5. Notice of cancellation must be made in writing. Payment in respect of cancelled reservation may be retained and kept to the credit of client to be used in relation to a future booking, otherwise all payment will be forfeited.
 6. Provisional reservations, (i.e. reservations on which no deposit has been made) may be released after a period of seven days
has elapsed from time of reservation unless confirmed by phone or otherwise in the interim.
 7. Villas may be occupied from 4.00p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00a.m. on the morning of departure, unless agreed otherwise by the management.
 8. Villas house a maximum of six persons, these limits may not be exceeded.
 9. Electricity charges and electric storage heating are by meter reading or standard charges in certain cases.
10. The management will not be responsible for any loss of valuables or goods from the Villas or from outside the premises or found on the premises after departure.
11. Car parking is provided at owners risk.
12. Pets are only allowed in the Villas, by permission of the management.
13. All bed linen is included in the rental charge, also towels for use within the Villa. 
Beach towels are not provided.
14. Villas will be subject to inspection prior to departure. An excess cleaning charge of €50.00 minimum will be made if the Villa is not left in the same manner in which it was found on arrival.
15. Colour cable televisions provided without additional charge.
16. Washing machines, microwaves and dishwashers provided.
17. The management may, at all reasonable times, visit the Villas to ensure that the terms and conditions of letting are being complied with.
